Gems & Gemology in Iran
After many years, working on gemology restarted in the year, 1364 in our country. In 1364, the standards of this branch of science were complied and now, about 4 -5 thousands of technicians have been trained in this branch of science.
Note that gemology has been studied in Amirkabir University of Iran for the first time and then, in other institutes of Asia, etc.
